Jon has 30 years of global, multi-strategy investing experience across the capital structure in growth equity, real estate and private credit, working with founders to fund and grow their businesses.
The bulk of his career was spent at Goldman Sachs. As a Partner in the Asian Special Situations Group (>$10bn AUM), he participated in numerous digital infrastructure deals, including Airtrunk. Prior to founding Set Square, Jon was the CIO of Blue Pool, Joe Tsai's Family Office (>$5bn in AUM) with a global investment mandate including real estate, private credit, growth equity, co-investments and public equities.
He graduated from Boston College with a B.S in Finance, and from UCLA with an MBA in International Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Sachin is an investment professional with 18 years' experience investing in technology, with a global perspective and deep understanding of technology-driven disruption.
He is also a Managing Partner at Dandelion Capital, a multi-family office investing in disruptive fundamental change narratives. Until 2020, Sachin was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Myriad Asset Management (>$5bn AUM) specializing in the TMT sector, and led several private investments including a position in Alibaba in 2012.
Sachin graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S Degree in Electrical Engineering.
